SHIPPING and RETURNS
Payment OptionsWe accept payment through PayPal, Apple Pay and Stripe (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).
All our products are priced in US Dollars (USD). When ordering from outside U.S, your currency will be calculated at checkout by Stripe or PayPal. Currency calculators are also available online.
We ship across North America as well as International.
All orders will show calculated shipping rates at the checkout. Items are shipped via your chosen method within 2-5 business days. If a rush or custom order is required, please email email@example.com.
If Customs charges occur, please note that you, the buyer, are 100% responsible for the fees. We, the seller, are not responsible for customs charges. Because all international orders must be processed through Customs, they may take up to four weeks to arrive after they are shipped.
Returns, Refunds and Exchange
Our Return/Exchange policy is valid for 15 days. We are unable to offer you a refund or exchange if 15 days have passed since your initial purchase.
If you change your mind about your purchase, you have 24 hours from the time of purchase to cancel it Prior to shipping. Our orders are processed in real time and shipped from our warehouse.
If your order has been shipped, and you wish to cancel your order, you will need to wait for your order to arrive to your specified shipping address and send it back to us for a refund
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. A tracking number must be provided for returns.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (order number) and address confirmation.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (2-10 days) via your original pay method.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet (within 2-10 days), first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if we have sent the wrong size by accident or if they are defective or damaged on arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
How do I initiate a return?
To return your product, email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information, stating your order number and shipping address so we are able to track your order. Once verified, we will reply within 24-48 hours with our return shipping address and the steps to take. A tracking number must be provided for returns.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary, which is usually 5-15 Business days.
If you are shipping an item over $50USD, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
